Keeping Production Under Control

Our Assignment: A major metals producer manufacturing 500,000 pounds of product per hour needed boiler house controls modernized. ChemTech developed P&I drawings, selected and installed process flow instrumentation and devised computer control schemes to improve the operating system.

The Result: The client’s new control system has improved productivity by providing selective boiler blocks with dual selective common equipment that facilitate mission critical steam service.
