Generating the Right Response to a Paint Reactor System

Our Assignment: Modify an industrial coating line to accommodate a cathodic electro disposition technology the client developed. The coating line upgrade consisted of designing and building new reactors with agitators, and jacketed vessels and storage tanks. We also installed overhead product loading systems and adapted existing equipment for this new application.

The Result: A $3 million project was delivered on-time and on-budget, allowing the client to transfer European technology to the U.S. market and capture significant market share.
